Conflict management seminar in Modesto July 19-20

“Mediation, Conflict Management, and Empathic Listening Skills” is the title of a two-day workshop for the dairy industry to be presented in Modesto on July 19-20 by Gregorio Billikopf, University of California. Space is limited to 20 participants.
The seminar is directed to human resource professionals, consultants, mediators, agricultural educators, and academics interested in building on their human resource management skills.
