Golfers tee off Monday in WUD Fed-PAC tourney
June 4, 2010 - - Plenty of warm sunshine is in store for golfers who will tee
off Monday in a tournament to raise money for Western United Dairymen’s Fed-PAC.
Golfers playing on the Diablo Grande Golf Course will have an opportunity to win
a Trailer Mount Vertical Mixer from Kirby Manufacturing. Valued at over $50,000,
the mixer will be awarded to anyone who makes a hole-in-one at Hole12.
Also this year, anyone who plays in the tournament and buys raffle tickets will
be eligible for a fantastic grand prize—a flat screen television that has been
donated by WUD President Jamie Bledsoe. Proceeds from the popular event will
benefit the Western United Dairymen federal political action committee.
Registration flyers have already been mailed and can also be downloaded at
www.WesternUnitedDairymen.com.
Additionally, golfers will have an opportunity to win $100 when they go up
against Western United Dairymen chief executive officer Michael Marsh in a
closest-to-the-hole competition at the tourney.
